Our Policies

The principle in business operation is to emphasize on the quality and morality. This concept must be concentrated and continually taken into the real implementation. The principle is summarized and the learning process is always created among the employees and the executives to have the same principle to conform to as follows: 

  1. Skill creation
    The skill creation must be emphasized in working and creating the specialists in each level. The development on the competence of employees in each level is fully allowed in order to create the individual efficiency to be the foundation of progress in the future. 
     
  2. Service Mind
    The service mind has always been the most important thing in the operation of the companies in the group. We always believe that the next person will be our customer. 
     
  3. Standard 
    The company conforms to the international norms. Regarding the individuals, the personnel of the company must conform to the morality and must be simply honest. They must be well-behaved in conformity with the social standard. The whole image of the company depends on the whole image of the personnel in the organization.
     
  4. System
    The trainings will be monthly arranged and the full seminar will be annually held in every December. As the executives believe that the organization cannot create its system if it cannot make each employee have their own system. The periodical and continual arrangement of seminars can motivate personal improvement and awareness of changes in the positive way. This will generate the consequence in systemizing the organization as well.

    Concretely, the organization will develop the work places with advanced technology to create the systems in conformity with the international standard. 
     
  5. Social 
    Our organization is a part of the society. In the operation, we consider the negative impacts affecting other people, society, and environment. We do not definitely do anything which causes negative impacts to the others.
